The organizational structure of the Union Parishad is given below:

    Each union council consists of nine wards.
    One chairman was elected in every union council.
    Each ward is elected a member of a local person.
    A woman member is elected in three wards.
    The candidates and members are elected directly by the residents of the union.
    After every five years the union council was elected and the chairman and the members were selected

Union Parishad is formed with 1 chairman and 12 members. The structure of the union parishad has been shown below, showing the changes that have been brought to the constitution structure of the present Union Parishad.

1. Chairman: There will be a Chairman of the Union Parishad and he is the voter of the Union

                                       Will be elected by direct vote.

2. General Members: 9 members from 9 wards will be elected directly in the Union Parishad.

3. Reserved Member: 3 seats in the Union Parishad will be reserved for women. Female members

                                       Every 3 wards will be elected by direct vote of one person on 1 basis.
